RETURN POLICY

 

In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 14 days of purchase.

All return requests must include the original order number, a description of the reason for the return and a minimum of one picture outlining the issue. Product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was shipped. We don’t accept returns unless the product came defective. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. To begin your return, email us Here.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
You are responsible for the shipping fees for returning your items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returned items.
We do not guarantee items will be in stock in case of exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and requesting a return for the item you wish to return. This will help ensure you get items while they are in stock.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.

Out Of Stock Items

In some cases, stock of a particular item or size may be temporarily unavailable with one of our suppliers. Where an ordered item is temporarily out of stock for more than 21 days a service representative will contact the customer to inquire if the item is still wanted. If not, a full refund for the value of the item will be offered. Shipping refunds will be offered when no other items have been shipped. Partial shipping returns will be consider.
